Registration opens with the Ministry of Religious Affairs pre-registration number; we complete the rest.

Documents required
- Original passport valid for at least 10 months
- Hajj pre-registration slip from the Ministry of Religious Affairs
- Four passport-size photographs (white background)
- National ID card photocopy
- Meningitis (ACWY) and seasonal vaccination certificates
- Medical fitness certificate
- Mahram relationship document for women
Normally 7–10 working days after the passport and documents are submitted. During Ramadan the Saudi authorities process more slowly, so we ask for documents at least 25 days ahead.
Saudi rules now allow women over 45 to travel in an organised group without a mahram. Younger women must travel with a mahram and provide a relationship document.
A meningitis ACWY certificate issued at least 10 days before travel is mandatory. We can direct you to an approved vaccination centre in Dhaka.
It depends on the package. Where meals are listed, a Bangladeshi caterer serves breakfast and dinner at or near the hotel.
Yes. Hajj seats are allotted by serial against a Ministry of Religious Affairs pre-registration number. Bring your pre-registration slip when booking; we handle the rest of the file.
Category A tents sit closest to the Jamarat and have more space per pilgrim. This package uses category D, the standard allocation; an upgrade to category A is available for an additional charge.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 45 days before departure: 15% of the package price. 21–45 days: 40%. 8–20 days: 70%. Within 7 days or no-show: 100%. Visa fee and issued air tickets are non-refundable.
Terms & conditions
Package prices are per person and depend on the room sharing type selected. A 40% advance confirms the seat; the balance is due 20 days before departure. Airfare is subject to change until the ticket is issued. Hotel names may be replaced with an equivalent or better property during peak Ramadan and Hajj seasons.
