Booking
Open any package page, choose your travel date and number of travellers, then submit the booking form. You can pay the full amount or a 30% advance online, by bank transfer or at our office. A booking confirmation and invoice are emailed instantly.
Yes. Choose "Advance payment" at checkout to confirm your seat with 30% and settle the balance any time before the due date shown on your invoice. You can pay the balance from your customer dashboard.
Date changes are possible subject to availability and supplier rules. Contact your consultant or request a reschedule from your booking page; any fare difference or airline penalty will be quoted before we proceed.
Visa
Processing time depends on the embassy — typically 5 to 15 working days. The estimated time is shown on each visa page and you can follow every stage of your file from the customer portal or the public tracking page.
Embassy fees and lodged service charges are non-refundable, but we will explain the refusal grounds and help you prepare a stronger re-application. Refundable components of your trip are returned as per the cancellation policy.
Payment
Cash and cards at our office, bank transfer/deposit, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad) and online card payments. Every payment generates a numbered receipt against your booking.
Yes. Online payments are processed by PCI-compliant gateways; we never store card data. Every transaction is recorded against your invoice and visible in your dashboard.
Umrah
Every Umrah package lists the exact hotel and its walking distance from the Haram in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah, so you know precisely what you are paying for.
General
Yes — airport transfers can be added to any booking, or reserved separately from our Transportation page with a fixed, all-inclusive price.
