Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tour packages

• 30+ days before departure: 90% refund of amounts paid (service charge retained).
• 15–29 days: 50% refund.
• 7–14 days: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: non-refundable.

Air tickets

Refunds follow the fare rules of the issuing airline plus our service charge. Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded.

Visa services

Service fees become non-refundable once an application is lodged with the embassy. Embassy fees are never refundable.

Hajj & Umrah

Cancellation terms follow the package contract as government and Saudi supplier rules apply.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–21 working days and appear against your booking in the customer portal.
