Yes. Balloon slots sell out weeks ahead in peak season and flights are weather dependent. If the flight is cancelled by the operator, the amount is refunded in full.

Very. Rooms are carved into volcanic rock but have heating, en-suite bathrooms and modern bedding. They stay cool in summer and warm in winter.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: 10% of the package price. 15–30 days: 35%. 7–14 days: 60%. Less than 7 days or no-show: 100%. Air ticket and visa fees are non-refundable once issued.

Terms & conditions

Prices are per person and valid for the current season. A 30% advance confirms the booking; full payment is due 15 days before departure. Airfare and hotel availability are confirmed only after payment. Passport must be valid for at least six months from the travel date.
