Naturalist guide + armed forest guard
Live-aboard cruise through the world's largest mangrove forest with full board, forest permits and a naturalist guide.
Board a twin-engine launch at Khulna and sail into the UNESCO-listed Sundarbans. The itinerary covers Karamjal, Harbaria, Kotka and Jamtola beach, with dawn canoe rides through narrow creeks where wildlife sightings are best.
All forest department permits, armed forest guards and a naturalist guide are included.
Arrive in Khulna and board the launch at Rupsha ghat by noon. Sail down the Passur river, stopping at Harbaria eco-park for a boardwalk through the mangroves. Evening briefing on deck.
Dawn canoe ride through narrow creeks for wildlife. After breakfast, walk to Jamtola beach and climb the Kotka watch tower. Afternoon cruise to Kochikhali for deer herds at dusk.
Sail back north with a stop at Karamjal wildlife breeding centre for crocodiles and deer. Disembark at Khulna in the afternoon and board the bus to Dhaka.

Tiger sightings are rare and never guaranteed — perhaps one trip in twenty. Deer, monkeys, crocodiles, monitor lizards and dozens of bird species are seen on almost every cruise.
Cabins have fans and attached bathrooms. AC cabins are available on selected vessels for a supplement of BDT 3,500 per cabin per night.
Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: 10% of the package price. 15–30 days: 35%. 7–14 days: 60%. Less than 7 days or no-show: 100%. Air ticket and visa fees are non-refundable once issued.
Prices are per person and valid for the current season. A 30% advance confirms the booking; full payment is due 15 days before departure. Airfare and hotel availability are confirmed only after payment. Passport must be valid for at least six months from the travel date.
